Statistics Generator

All the above functionalities were focused on the generation of traffic for stressing the network. On the other hand, the statistics generator is used for extracting statistical properties of the tests. Even if the system uses XML instantiation for the files. For all the internal calculations currently Statistics Generator is only able to process UDP traces from the UDP Traffic Generator. Support to the Throughput generator is not required as the output is just the used bandwidth which can be directly obtained from the result's file.

The Statistics generator is able to compute all the basic QoS metrics as shown in the figure. Moreover it is able to process the files and extract them in form of HTML reports, TXT and even prepare them for opening with other tools such as MatLab with the text export facility.
